[Mapbender-users] implement a CSW client

Hi Melina,

I worked on creating the initial version of the CSW client for Mapbender
last year. It is currently available in the MB trunk version (in gui1:
the one before last icon on the toolbar and in the admin section).

I'm currently working on updating the features of it but have run into
some issues, so I'm trying to figure it out.

You can use this as a base of the implementation.
