[Mapbender-users] Ayuda

Hola, necesito ayuda para cambiar el fondo de mi GUI, estoy trabajando con el template gui2 sobre mapbender 2.6.2, cuya imagen es header_yellow.jpg. pongo otra imagen pero la GUI sigue igual.
 
Ademas no puedo cargar mis capas wms desde localhost, la configuración del archivo mapbender.conf es la siguiente:

hay algun error en esta configuración que no me permite cargar por ejemplo este servicio?
