[Mapbender-users] Public url and access of an Application GUI

What is the public URL of an Application GUI?
 I tried this:
http://<MYHOST>/mapbender/frames/index.php?PHPSESSID=h04i7ismj0mg160bdm6sulpvh5&gui_id=UTH&
But after I log out, it's not public and ask me for username and password
