[Mapbender-users] Enhancement of treeGDE2

hello together,

i've done an enhancement for the layertree of mb2 (trunk). now there is 
a possibility to show a download symbol for datasets, which are 
presented by the corresponding layer. under normal circumstances the wms 
dataurl onlineresource element of the capabilities will be used.
when mapbender is used as a geoportal, the admin is able to configure, 
that instead of the dataurl elements links to inspire-conformant 
download services are displayed. the information which datasets are 
downloadable and the needed relations to the layers are coming from 
internal database model, that  implements the inspire 
data-service-metadata coupling.
the urls are also stored in mapbenders wmc documents and are updated 
when loading older documents.

all functions are available in mapbender-trunk and also should be 
integrated in the coming 2.8 version.
