Hallo,
ich wollte die neu Verion ausprobieren, dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich
die Startseiten unterscheiden:
Normalmodus ( http://localhost/mapbender3/app.php)
<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5184405/normal_m.jpg> 
Entwicklermodus ( http://localhost/mapbender3/app_dev.php)
<http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/file/n5184405/entw_m.jpg> 

Im Normalmodus  ( http://localhost/mapbender3/app.php) erhalte ich nur eine
einfache Html-Darstellung mit eingeschränkten Funtionen.
Ist das so richtig?
