[Mapbender-users] Proved russian translation file

Yes we took it from version 3.0.5.3.

Also we are working on adding openlayers elements code which allow to us work with Attributive date of the vector layer (view attributive table, select feature, zoom to selected, create query from attributive date etc).

When we finish that, we will share it with mapbender users.
