[Mapbender-users] CSS does not load

[mapblender]

Hello! I'm trying to install mapbender on Ubuntu 16.04 server on VirtualBox
with this  instruction

But then I'm trying to open main page "http://192.168.56.10/mapbender3/" 
css-styles does not load. When I open
"/mapbender3/application/manager/assets/css" I get 500 error page.I use-
mapbender3-starter-3.0.6.3 - php7- apache 2.4.18What am I doing wrong?Thank
you for help and sorry for my English.
