yes Mapbender can run with PostgreSQL 9.5

1.) Please open your Mapbender in app_dev-mode to find the problem.

http://localhost(mapbedner3/app_dev.php

This mode gives back better feedback, when an error occurs.

2. Please check your parameters.yml and config.yml
a) please test Mapbender first without searchRouter -> is it working?
b) add the second database to parameters.yml and config.yml  -> check 
for valid yaml-syntax with http://www.yamllint.com/
