[Mapbender-users] Mapbender at OSGeo Park at INTERGEO 16.-18. October 2018 Frankfurt

Dear all,

We try to add a WMS service to a test portal and get the following 
errors on the mb logfile. I do not really understand the issue that 
seems to relate to a database encoding issue (?)

The error is:
