[Mapbender-users] Adding a here.com basemap

Hello Lyes,

the here basemap is a tile service.

Mapbender does not support tiles services. Mapbender only supports WMS 
and WMTS.

If you would like to sponsor the development of tile service support you 
are very welcome.
