Hello Gal,

the labeling should work for the digitizer element and your definition 
looks fine. Do you get any error messages?

I also tested with 3.3.0 with the digitize demo.

Please note that there is a bug in the html-element in 3.3.0. Here is 
the ticket https://github.com/mapbender/mapbender/issues/1410
