You find an OGC API Configuration in the workshop bundle see

It uses an OGC API Feature Servive from NRW
https://ogc-api.nrw.de/lika/v1/
https://ogc-api.nrw.de/lika/v1/collections/verwaltungseinheit/items?f=json&limit=100
