Hi Dénes,
your Mapbender installation is already working:
http://satelitnt.ro/mapbender/web/app.php
http://satelitnt.ro/mapbender/web/app.php/application/mapbender_user
However, you must ensure that the configuration files and code are not
publicly accessible.
