Log:
Update build scripts to not clear env vars set by setenvironment[64].bat. Also update build64.bat to support x64 cross compilation. The x64 cross compiler is used if the x64 cross tools command prompt is used and the setenvironment64.bat is called like so:

 setenvironment64.bat vc10cross

This submission also updates the deploy revision of fusion that we are keeping under Oem (r2529)
