redlines broke

I'm attaching the xsd, but it is the same as my MGOS xsd, which does work. I
don't think the problem is with the missing parameter in legend.php, because
that also exists in my MGOS.
However, in my MGOS, the MapAgent.exe does not terminate. I think that is
the problem. It terminates before saving the redline to cache.
