[mapguide 1.0.1 os]Install and test-data of FDO 3.1 on Fedora 4

I must install mapguide os 1.0.1 on Fedora 4 with gcc 4.0.2
to install FDO 3.1 I have downloaded
 - fdo-3.1.0_data_R050.tar
 - fdo-3.1.0_R050.tar.gz
 - OpenSourceTestData_README.txt
 - OpenSourceBuild_README.txt
I have executed the instructions of the file  OpenSourceBuild_README.txt and 
ok 

the instructions of the file OpenSourceTestData_README.txt are for FDO 3.0,
if I replace 3.0 with 3.1 the test it fails as I must set the variable 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH? 

I have set
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/fdo-3.1.0:/usr/local/
fdo-3.1.0/include/Shp:/usr/local/fdo-3.1.0/include/SDF
or
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/gis/fdo/3.1:/usr/local/
gis/fdo/3.1/Shp 

but it doesn't work. 

I have installed also FDO 3.2, but null.
I do not know more what to make?
Someyone can help me?
