I have made a small change to the RFC. Essentially, I decided to reuse
the already existing server configuration properties instead of create
new ones. :)

I broke it into 2 settings to be consistent with other settings that are
already there. (Example: DataConnectionPoolSize and
DataConnectionPoolSizeCustom)
