[mapguide-internals] BDB XML 2.3.10 upgrade

Hi list,

With submission http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/2627, if you have already migrated your MG repositories from a 1.x to a 2.0 server (http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/1.2to2.0MigrationInstructions) , you will need to re-run SetupRepositoryIndices.bat (or SetupRepositoryIndices.sh for Linux). Here are the steps:

1.      Shut down MGOS Server 2.0 if it is running.

2.      Change to the RepositoryAdmin directory (e.g. "C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\Server\RepositoryAdmin" on Windows).

3.      Run SetupRepositoryIndices.bat (or SetupRepositoryIndices.sh for Linux).

4.      Start your 2.0 server.
