Hi Paul.

I checked on this and to fix selection highlighting, you need to set the
PGSQL_OGR_FID configuration variable to equal the name of the ID column
of your data. This is documented in the OGR Postgres page (see
http://www.gdal.org/ogr/drv_pg.html).

Thanks Traian, that fixed the problems.  There is one small remaining
issue that is not critical - the selected features (postgis again) don't
seem to highlight in the ajax viewer.
