OK, it stripped my PDF attachment (probably because of Outlook again),
and the html file attachment was mangled.
Can we live with not allowing PDF (from Outlook anyway) or HTML
attachments on the users list?
I'd be happy with this; if users really want to get something through,
they can rename to .txt.

Hi,
This list is now set up with filters that only allow certain mime types
and convert text/html to plain text.
text/plain
text/html
text/xml
image/gif
image/png
image/jpeg
application/pdf
application/x-pdf
Unfortunately, if your mail application sends php files as
application/octet-stream (like my braindead Outlook 2003) you have to
rename them to .php.txt before attaching them.
This message tests html->plaintext translation as well as attachment
types. If it is successful, I'll post an announcement to the -users
list and apply the same settings there.
