[mapguide-internals] Mailing list changes

Retract, retract...let's not roll this out.  Having to explicitly send
in plain text is bad; I thought our mail server would convert everything
to plain text automatically.

I seem to be having trouble finding that option to use "vi" as my e-mail
editor of choice...
