[mapguide-internals] Summer of Code Projects

It looks like Frank has just volunteered to be the OSGeo coordinator, and has set up a Wiki page for specific project proposals:

Should we formalize some of the proposals?
 
I've added one; I'd welcome feedback... I've got to stuff JSON in there somewhere :)

I have added a page to list potential projects for the Google Summer of
Code effort. You can find it here:

Feel free to add your favorite pet projects, elaborate, etc. Keep in
mind these projects are aimed for a single student to complete in a
period of three months.
