[mapguide-internals] PSC Meeting This Week

I changed the agenda to read 18:00 UTC (the text description said 17:00 UTC, although the links to the world clock site in the email and online agenda are correct.)
 
As a note to anyone not honouring daylight savings time, this means that the meeting time has changed for you.
