Hi all,

I'd like to talk about some submission conventions that would allow
better integration with Trac.  

First, I'd like to see all commits reference a valid Trac ticket number.
We could enable post-commit hooks for SVN to enfore this if necessary.  

Second, I'd like to see all work that references an RFC include a url
reference to the rfc in the submission notes.  

Can we add these items to the next meeting?  I've got pretty good
availability next week...
