[mapguide-internals] Release of MGOS 1.2.0

Do we really need to keep multiple versions of the API docs online?
They're distributed with the installers, and over time it's going to
kill us to maintain the docs in the HTML tree for each new release.

That would be fine with me.  For the time being I could continue to post
the docs in ZIP & tar.gz formats.
