Tom,

I have already pushed the <Bounds> support into the 3.2 branch of fdogdal.

As for the bugs reported, I gather we are waiting on Haris to return
for investigation.  I haven't had anything reported directly against the
fdogdal provider, and it isn't really practical for me to debug in a
general MapGuide situation.
