Hi,

I motion that we approve the addendum that Chris Claydon made to RFC 15
"New Query Features API"

The addendum is:
Addendum 2

1) Added the additional featureFilter parameter to Server APIs.

2) Added the FEATUREFILTER parameter to the HTTP QUERYMAPFEATURES
request. 


This is required to fix a selection problem (wrong feature selected)
that some users are seeing when doing a search.
