[mapguide-internals] MGOS 1.20 beta2 XP service problems

The Mapguide Service on windows doesn't always respond properly to service
stop commands

It often hangs in the stopping mode, usually after the service itself has
crashed.

I'm on xp so i kill the mgserver.exe via the task manager which then lets me
restart the service.
