[mapguide-internals] Motion: require login to create/modify tractickets

I'd like to see a "Register" link added to this page:

Of course, if "New Ticket" isn't visible unless you're logged in, then
this isn't a great idea :)

Given that account creation is now easy, I motion that we require login
before creating and modifying trac tickets.

+1 from me.

The vote is not for this but... if we do the above, can we add links to
http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid/ somewhere; perhaps by adding a
"register" link beside the "Login" link?  This will help those who don't
think to press the "Login" link, and then "cancel" the login dialog in
order to register.

Jackie,

Given that creating an account is now fairly straight forward, I would
also encourage this move.  Let me know if/when the MapGuide PSC would
like anonymous ticket creation disabled and I can do the backend work.
