[mapguide-internals] Replacing Trac with JIRA + Confluence

Not going to happen (imho) :)
 
We went through one platform change about a year ago and it was hellish.  Also, we're relying on donated volunteer time to maintain the OSGeo infrastructure, and the folks on the system administration committee would take a lot of convincing to change platforms unless what we currently have is absolutely not working for us.
 
That said, why do you think that we need to switch?  What needs does the current platform have that aren't being met?
