[mapguide-internals] Trac customisation

This is some pretty cool customisation:

Anybody else like this, or do you prefer the basic but cool Trac
stylings of OpenLayers:

http://trac.openlayers.org/

or something else?

In any case, I think it would be relatively simple to pull this into a
plain HTML layout too.

On a different note, I noticed that there is a neat TitleIndex page in
Trac:

I think we'd have to clean out some of the existing Trac docs to make it
useful.  I'd also like to rearrange some of the content (especially
RFCs, PSC Meetings, and Future before it starts to take off) to use
paths, like this page does:

http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Control/ArgParser

Thoughts?
