No kidding, looks like this replaces a single "point at a place on a map
and get back all features" with at least two queries for each layer.

Another reminder why I like the simplicity of REST.  Still might need
these queries, but at least you're just following links.

The linkage is provided by a DescribeLayer operation on a WMS which
returns the associated WFS online resource and and WFS type name
associated with the WMS layer - at which point you can do more
intelligent things.  This is a difficult chain of services to navigate,
however :)
