[mapguide-internals] Drupal upgrade

Hi All,

I don't know if you're following along on WebCom, but we've got a new
gung-ho and experienced volunteer (Wolf Bergenheim) who is going to be
doing a Drupal upgrade and then working on improving our Drupal
experience in general.  As the plan comes together, this will likely
mean a read-only period for the MapGuide and FDO websites, followed by a
short downtime as the upgraded files and database are copied back to the
main server.
