I think we discussed this one to death, but I can't find a vote on it so
here goes :)

I move to adopt RFC 38: GETDYNAMICMAPOVERLAYIMAGE Enhancements for
Selection

Also, the patch attachment didn't make it through.  I would suggest that
for patches we should be creating a new task ticket in Trac (if an
enhancement or defect ticket doesn't already exist), attaching the
.patch file, and then notifying the list.  Being able to see the diff in
context inside of Trac is really useful.
