[mapguide-internals] HTTP handler for Spatial Select

Hi,

It looks like with HTTP handlers: MgHttpSelectFeaturesSpatially and
MgHttpSelectFeatures it is not posible to execute spatial selection of
features.

MgHttpSelectFeaturesSpatially will even run SelectAggregate and not
setting or using any geometry filters.

Is this a bug ?
