[mapguide-internals] FreeType version

I'm using it now and it works fine. I have not noticed major improvements, at least with the fonts I have tried, but the release notes claim crashing and security bugs have been fixed and also performance optimizations for certain glyphs and also improvements to the autohinter (the thingie that does antialiased text without infringing on Apple's momentous patents).
