[mapguide-internals] Why are some FDO providers missing from the MapGuide installation?

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for the list.

As it turns out, we don't put these in because we don't have merge modules (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa369820(VS.85).aspx) for them.  If we were provided with merge modules we could get them in quite easily.

MergeModuleCA.dll
should have been:
boost_date_time-vc80-mt-1_34_1.dll
