Helio, is that a client side issue then, or is it something on the server that prevents the client from exporting?  

If it's the client, is it too much to expect clients to upgrade to 1.5 if they're going to run exports (generally only for creating distributable packages--not development--right?)  It's only a couple months old I guess.  

If it's server-side, I guess we'd have to take that up with the SAC.  Or not use externals; but I really would prefer using externals to maintaining copies of all third party code directly in our repository.  It's pretty darn big. :)
