[mapguide-internals] RFC 53 caching is gooo but how do you flush
the schema cache

I know about the expiry, it's one of those strange things with
mapguide when your programming,
often when you are debugging etc, the provider will of expired since
you last ran your code and
it magically works until you start testing
Does this fall under the scope of RFC 53?
