MgConnectionNotOpenException

This exception is thrown during ServerManager initialization by the
using the macro
MG_LOG_TRACE_ENTRY.
This calls the MgUserInformation::GetCurrentUserInfo() method before the
server connection is open which in turn throws the exception (which is
caught but still shows up in the debug log).
