Well, given that we haven't heard from Bob in a while, I'll count that
as an abstain.

This motion officially passes with 6 +1 votes from Bruce, Andy, Tom,
Paul, Haris, and me.

Congratulations Kenneth, welcome to the MapGuide OS PSC! :)  

Could somebody with rights to the website PSC page to reflect this
change?  I think I used to have rights, but my OSGeo password doesn't
seem to work on the MapGuide site.

Hi all,

In keeping with our guidelines (http://mapguide.osgeo.org/psc.html) I
would like to wholeheartedly nominate Kenneth Skovhede as a new member
of the MapGuide Open Source Project Steering Committee.

Kenneth has been part of the MapGuide community for over a year, is
actively engaged in the user community (probably has the most posts in
-users this month and has incredible patience with poorly-written
questions), and has contributed copious code and documentation to the
project as part of MapGuide Maestro.  I would have proposed Kenneth as a
member earlier, but he was too busy to participate at the time.
Recently he has completed his Masters' work
(http://code.google.com/p/dsmcbe/ - cool stuff) and has enough resources
to contribute meaningfully to the PSC.
