[mapguide-internals] Vote: Make MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 the release

It looks like at least one tester of RC4 (and maybe two) are having problems with selection attribute display.  I haven't followed up, but am not sure if they are using the AJAX viewer or Fusion.  I think it might be worth determining what is causing the problem before releasing 2.0?

Hi PSC members,

I move that we promote MGOS 2.0.0 RC4 to be the final release version of MGOS 2.0.0.

There does not seem to be any more show stoppers in RC4 and whatever remains could be handled by a point release in the coming months.
