[mapguide-internals] RE: RFC 50 - Hide Legend Styles

The ShowInLegend flag needs to also be added to CompositeTypeStyle.  With the new stylization you'll have multiple CompositeTypeStyles when working with a data set that has > 1 geometry types, and you'll want to control which one(s) are visible in the legend.

You need to specify default values for the new schema elements (=true).
