[mapguide-internals] RFC 48 is now implemented

I think it would be a great idea to announce that WebStudio has
officially joined the MapGuide project, along with the first release
under its new branding as MapGuide Maestro.

If there are no objections, we could work on a news release on the OSGeo
wiki?

I have now moved everything relating to Maestro onto the OSGeo servers.
I consider this the final implementation of RFC 48.
I have updated the RFC page to reflect this.

I have announced the release on the mapguide-users list.

Would it be desireable to have an OSGeo news entry about this?
