UNFORTUNATELY it is 2009 and Mapguide 2.1...I cant very well make him Go back
to 2008 Enterprise, or Make him switch to OS since his County coordinates
arent supported there...Any rumors on a Enterprise Patch....Seperating roads
into 9 Shp files isnt really a fix.
