Try copying over MgStylization.dll.  That's the one which has the relevant code.

No guarantees it will work though.

It is MG 2009 where it doesnt work and 2.0.1 OS where it does work

I guess the reason I posted Here was i was hoping somebody in the OS
community could tell me if there was a dll or jar file from OS 2.0.1 that I
could take and overwrite in ENT 2009 to fix this problem without any dire
consequences.
ANY Answers on that concept?

PS...Any Composite lines create a big delay...not just themed lines...They
display when not themed correctly, but the same to create big delays in map
refreshes where they have little or no effect in MGOS.

But again if there is just a DLL or Jar file I can safely canibalize from
MGOS it would solve my problem until a bug fix comes out.
