[mapguide-internals] Annual Report

Yesterday I put together a draft Annual Report on the MapGuide Open Source project which you'll find here: http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/OSGeoAnnualReport2007. This will get rolled up and incorporated into the OSGeo Annual Report which you will find here: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Annual_Report_2007.

PSC members please review, add, or edit the report to improve accuracy and/or reflect your thoughts. If at all possible I would like everyone to review it and provide feedback by the middle of next week.
