[mapguide-internals] interdependancy between mapguide and apache

Hi Zac,

Apache runs in its own process, and there shouldn't be any link between starting the MapGuide server and the state of the Apache web server. I would say that you are experiencing unexpected behavior, and as usual, enter as much details as you can to a ticket.

Subject: [mapguide-internals] interdependancy between mapguide and apache

I have noticed when restarting a crashed mapguide 2.0 instance, often
i need to cycle apache
before I can get mapguide to start sucessfully, is this expected behavior?
