[mapguide-internals] unusual apache crash with 2.0.1 on win32

This morning my 2.0.1 apache server ( from the first 2713 drop ) crashed

the apache error log contained this

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
