i reverted to r3166 and have successfully compiled on RHEL 4. Its up
and running and looking good, we doing some testing now.

I did see one error running the server interactively

(2756062112) A stream IO exception occurred.
The TCP/IP protocol is mismatched between the Server and Web
Extensions.  Please install the same version of Server and Web
Extensions.
Exception occurred in method MgStreamParser.ParseStreamHeader at line
91 in file System/StreamParser.cpp

Apache still has to be restarted sometimes in order to be able to
restart mapguide
